I was worried about the pace, but everything was handled so well. Itinerary & Hotels: Itinerary was well paced with the right balance of sightseeing and rest. Hotels were clean, comfortable, and had good accessibility which really helped for our seniors. No rushing around. Guides: Special shoutout to our 2 China guides Mong Mong & Xiao Lan - both super patient, caring, and attentive to our elderly.. Our Singapore guide Hayton was fantastic too at coordinating everything from SG and making sure the whole group stayed on time. Because of her, we never felt rushed or left behind. The team really looked out for our 80+ & 90+ members and we ended the trip safe and happy. Xinjiang: The beauty of Xinjiang blew us away. Endless grasslands, snow-capped Tianshan mountains, colorful bazaars, and desert landscapes that look like another planet. It’s majestic and peaceful - perfect even for slow travel. First of all, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Ms Benny, who handled this arrangement for us. Our private trip is quite complicated, and we truly appreciate her support and assistance throughout the process. We also appreciate her patience as we made several changes to the flight details and arranged a few nights of accommodation on our own. Secondly, we would like to express our appreciation to our very experienced, kind, and helpful tour guide, Ms Cassy (张梦然), for taking great care of our group throughout the trip. Our 30-person group flew in and out of Sapporo on 5–6 different flights, and her ability to coordinate and manage everything was truly impressive. There was also 1 night of accommodation arranged by ourselves, as well as a 3 days 2 nights stay at an Airbnb in Toyako, plus some dinners that we booked independently. Despite this, she kindly helped us call and check with everyone one by one to ensure all arrangements were in order and everything ran smoothly. She also added some extra itinerary items for us with no entrance fees, which made the trip even more enjoyable and brought a lot of happiness to everyone.
